We have provided software design and prototyping assistance to Micropace's medical and internet access product lines. - IRRISYS
We assisted Irrirsys with their new software/hardware product strategy and design for remote irrigation system control. The result was a partnership that developed the AquaRemote product.
Cisco UCCE Contact Centre and Unified Call Manager IP Telephony installations
- ALPHAWEST We regularly provide custom software to customers of Alphawest's Contact Centre practice. This software includes custom UCCE Agent Desktops, screen popping to third party applications, IVR integration, Call Router back-end system integration, Call Flow Scripting and IPCC database reporting applications.
- OPTUS We develop and maintain Optus' custom UCCE Agent Desktop softare deployed to over 10,000 Contact Centre agents worldwide. The software includes Agent call handling and call monitoring features, and integration to Optus back-end systems.

Automated control of Mining equipment
- MINE SITE TECHNOLOGIES
We have provide a number of software modules to Minesite's Tracker and ICA platforms. These have included Wireless location tracking applications, Underground Traffic Light Control System, mine site LED sign control - BMA COAL We provided a Diesel Particulate Measurement (DPM) reporting system to identify breaches in DPM safety policy. The system used diesel vehicle location change information determined from the Aeroscout Mobile installation.
Custom software development for Manufacturing control and tracking systems
- DOT AU We regularly provide software design and development expertise to DOT AU and it customers. These projects were area of manufacturing system control and reporting.
- ESSILOR AUSTRALIA We assisted Essilor with the additional of various features in its consumer lens manufacturing job scheduling system.
